1. What stays on your device

AI Room is designed so source code, project files, .env files, provider credentials, API keys, Telegram bot tokens, detailed tasks, worktrees and test databases remain on your device unless you intentionally send data to a third-party service you connect.

2. What the commercial cloud may process

To run accounts, subscriptions, licensing and downloads, we may process email, account/subscription status, plan, first-100 eligibility, device public identity, license status, app version and payment references.

3. Payments and billing

Electronic payments use a dedicated secure payment channel. We will never ask you to send card numbers or security codes through email or support, and we retain only the billing references needed to manage subscriptions and customer service.

4. Third-party services

GitHub, Claude Code, Codex, OpenAI API and Telegram are services you choose to connect and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their fees are not included in AI Room.

5. Security and retention

We aim to minimize cloud data, use HTTPS and protect license/account records. Some account and billing data may be retained for operational, accounting, dispute and legal needs.
