Cancellation

You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the paid period, then the room becomes read-only.

Initial purchase problems

If you are charged and cannot activate/use the product because of a verified AI Room defect, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase so we can review the case and apply any stronger rights required by law or the payment provider.

Third-party charges

Charges from Claude, OpenAI, GitHub, Codex, internet providers or other third parties are not collected by AI Room and must be handled with those providers.

First-100 price after cancellation

If an eligible $9.99 subscription lapses, that price eligibility ends. A later subscription starts at the then-current public price.
